Always such rude customer service from the older blonde lady. I went to return a shirt and jeans I had purchased three days prior. The employee pointed out the shirt had a small makeup stain on it, I apologized not realizing my make up had transferred when trying on the shirt. She then took it to the back and huffed “that’s so annoying”. After 10 minutes she stormed to the front, clearly annoyed, and I apologized again and offered to keep the shirt. She said that would be great and then takes the jeans and accusatorially ask if I had worn them. I explained that I had not and they were too large on me. I have shopped at Whim numerous times and the other employees who work there are kind, but my few experiences with this one employee are always incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have friends who refuse to shop there because of their own personal experience with this employee.

I was accused of theft at this store by the older blonde saleswoman. She made me a room of my items and apparently didn’t count correctly. When I left the room she claimed two items were missing. I paid for my items (paid, like someone who doesn’t steal does when they want something) and left. She hounded me down on my way to the car and said she “wasn’t calling me a thief but maybe I forgot to take off a shirt underneath my own shirt”? This was very clearly an accusation of theft so I literally pulled up my shirt to show her I was wearing just undergarments underneath because she wouldn’t leave me alone.
