DTLR promotes a GREAT atmosphere and customer service alike. HOWEVER, they have a " Return Policy " that is NOT SOO customer oriented, and they, the STAFF, fall short of bringing this policy to the customer's attention. IF you happen to buy ANYTHING from EITHER of it's, DTLR, locations, KNOW YOUR size, or MAKE an ATTEMPT to try it on before leaving the establishment. I say ALL of this because, they have a NO CASH REFUND, STORE CREDIT POLICY ONLY, on CASH transactions ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. I, STRONGLY, believe that this a GROSSLY ABSURD policy that has been put in place by this company. DTLR is a multi million dollar/ year company, which can gain NOR lose anything by allowing, probably very rare, returns to be refunded with CASH. I spoke to the DM out in Syracuse and corporate customer service and everyone was amazing and helpful.
