First time here today because of the semi-annual sale caught my eye. I usually have low expectations with customer service because they usually don't pay attention to me while they mindlessly fold clothes. However, I was lucky enough to meet Darlene, who surprised me with her kindness. She immediately took the items I was holding and made a fitting room with my name drawn on it with a heart. She addressed me by my first name, asked if I needed anything while I was trying on clothes, looked for other sizes on a romper that was too small for me while I was in the fitting room, and complimented the items that I did choose.
