If I could give no stars I would. We are planning our wedding and went here for 5 suits and were promised ties, white shirts, belts, and free tailoring. We leave for our wedding in 3 days and the ties are no where to be found, one of the groomsmen’s jackets was incorrectly ordered and had to be reordered and just got in today. Two other groomsmen were incorrectly measured and had to pay an extreme amount of money to have them tailored even though we were promised free tailoring. These two groomsmen also had to drive from out of town multiple times when we were also told their suits could be shipped. Every time we ask to speak to a manager she is in Mexico and no one else can help. We have been dealing with this store since February and have had nothing but issue after issue and all we are told is “ it will be here, it’s being taken care of.” Weddings are stressful enough without having to worry if you will have the suit to wear to that wedding and will the ties be ready. We had to spend another 80 dollars to get another set of ties just to make sure we had a tie in case this store didn’t come through. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never ever recommend dealing with this store for any reason unless you want to spend too much money and get under promised on every front. If we could give this place a 0 we would! first appointment the owner ensured us she would get our custom color tux in with no issues. However, It was nothing but issues. They didn’t tell us it was on back order for the DAY before the wedding, Until we called 2 weeks before our wedding day did they decide to tell us it wouldn’t be here till then. They just ordered something completely different. When we went to pick it up it was a very different color than originally ordered, and the owner stated that she never agreed to order that color in. She then proceeded to basically call us liars stating she never agreed to order that color because that is a color she knew could not be ordered. We even brought a shirt from her display rack to show and ensure that was the color we were getting. After that, she continued to tell us that she wouldn’t give us a discount on tailoring Or the suit in general. To top of all that, we ordered three matching bowties for the groomsmen in which were never ordered but we paid for and didn’t get a refund on that either. Needless to say, I would not order your tux through them for any occasion. They obviously don’t know proper customer service, nor how to order the proper styles that you requested and then where promised. We now have nothing for a wedding that is a week out and are...

Unprofessional. Not to be trusted.I was on a tight schedule and needed a dinner suit for banquet in Chicago the next day. They picked out a $450.00 suit that only needed leg alterations. Make a long story short, I purchased the suit, and upon arriving the next morning, it never was started, the store manager, that assured me that she would personally complete the suit, wasn't there and had to be reached over the phone just to hear excuses of a "miscommunication", and the cashier had complications returning my refund. I was told that they have not received my payment, and clearly when you pay through debit, the money is taken directly from the account. We'll, that's what my receipt proves smh. So I left without a refund. No worries, I immediately contacted my bank institution of the situation and they immediately returned my money and will investigate this transaction. Was able to purchase the perfect suit from Macy's(no adjustments needed and at better price). I continued to get calls from the manager asking for the receipt to locate my transaction on their computer lol. I'm good at this point. Go at your own risk.
