Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I like this particular Burger King but lately not impressed, their nuggets are horrible. This is what happend I went to the one on Hempstead I got 2 orders of the 10 peace for 1.49 I liked it, they were hot and tasty, so I think I want to try it at this location, what a disappointment, this one tasted like the ones they sell at the supermarket almost no flavor and the outside tasted like chip cornmeal flour. I know is only $1.49 but if I have something at the Hempstead location why couldn't it be the same here. The cashier was nice she seemed like she was new. She was ok the drive thru was busy so I went inside it took for ever to get an order of 10 pc and a large order of fries, I get the fries they were hot and good, bit is was half of the portion, I don't know I know they gotta make the drive thru time but how about the guest inside don't we deserve to be served with the same urgency?...

I have been to this location multiple times I tend to notice that the drive thru has its fair share of issues With getting your order right And they're not so funny part Of not giving you back your card want you fade a few don't remember you will most likely drive off white added spoke to the manager before about it they seem to take it as a joke saying that we have multiple cards in the back let me see what's your name. When you do go inside You will find that is very nice and pleasant on the inside I definitely recommended going inside versus their drive-through May take a few minutes longer but you'll definitely be satisfied With your experience. Just an FYI if you do have an issue they will not hesitate to make it right immediately giving them on over all great experience It might not be the person at the window fault but they constant complain that they can not hear you...

At this location the service was horrible this evening (my order number was # 71). Let me being by mentioning that they didn't have cup holders no cup holders and when I got home and check my meal was cold. The burger the bread was hard, the cheese was hard and cold and the meat cold as ice. It's look like the make the burger this morning. The fries were cold as well.

This is not the way to serve customer the Valley Stream Burger king location is horrible. I called the manager and told him about the horrible service they provide to me. I will not recommend this location to anyone you can get sick with poor service like one. I didn't even went back to the location and I just threw my meal straight in the garbage.
