The man behind the counter (assuming he was the owner) was extremely rude and impatient, not responding to my greeting, rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. The “Oreo milkshake” we ordered turned out to be just milk with a bit of Oreo crumb topping mixed in. When I got my cookie dough carvelanche, there were very few cookie dough pieces. I asked him to put more and he made an angry face. He turned around and moved his arms as if he was putting multiple scoops of cookie dough, But when I got it back, it was pretty much the same with maybe slightly more. I went there yesterday and I have noticed the guy with the dreads doesn't give me the sundae with whipped cream and a cherry. This isn't the first time he has done this. He needs to do better or be retrained because people are paying good money to be there with those high prices. The other workers are more in tune with a customer and asks what they want.
