RVC Matty’s toy shop, you lost a loyal customer today. I have purchased my children’s birthday gifts, Christmas gifts and any gifts needed for their friends birthday parties from you for years. Today I was making a purchase in the shop and received horrible customer service from one of the young girls working there. She was rude, insensitive and should not be working in a children’s store. I regret the $100 I spent there today, but my kids had already picked out their prizes. Cute toy store filled with all kinds of toys, games and tchochkes - and not just for kids! Prices are a little on the high end, but not unreasonably so. Staff is friendly and eager to help when asked. If you're buying a gift and are having them gift wrap, this process can be a little slow, so budget your time well if you have somewhere to be afterwards.
