I tried to order two ornaments on line for pick up today and there was an issue with placing the order. I was charged three times for the order. I decided to call the store directly and spoke to a very curt employee to told me that they have no way to know who was ordering what for pick up and she could not help me. I tried to explain the situation and she told me it was not her problem that I needed to call Hallmark directly. I was trying to avoid the bank cancelling the transactions thus causing the order to be canceled at the store. But was told that it was not her problem and she could not help me. When I called Hallmark directly I was told by Rosemary that the clerk at the store could have looked at who the orders were for and handled it that way - meaning I could have known if the order was actually placed and if it was 1 order or 3. I love the Hallmark ornaments and I truly understand that this is a crazy time of the year but that kind of curt dismissal at 9:13 AM in the morning was not warranted...
