Very disappointed with the customer service of this store. I recently bought two pairs of dress shoes from them ($120 each) and they were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn! I wear a suit and dress shoes every day to work. Each year I go through 3-4 pairs of shoes being on my feet all day and putting hundreds of miles on each pair. For the last 7 years I have never owned shoes so uncomfortable. The first day I wore them I figured it was just due to needing to break them in. I wore them again and still the same result. I took them back to men’s wearhouse and the lady I spoke with said no returns if worn before I could even open the box. I understand they are worn and I’m not looking for a complete refund, I’ll take 60% or any in-store credit. The company has a 90 day exchange or return policy if you are not completely satisfied with the product. How am I supposed to know if the are uncomfortable if I don’t wear them!? I know it says at management discretion but they didn’t even take the time to look at the shoes. I hope someone reads this and makes it right and I will be happy to change my review. Super unprofessional. The associates were not wearing name tags. The associate that “helped” us ignored both my mother in law and myself asking his name, told us to shop online instead of in store and repeatedly rolled his eyes and sighed at us when asked questions about a suit for my fiancé for our wedding knowing that we would be directing SIX other men to use their services. When asked about length and size of the pants he pressured my fiancé to try on he insisted that the pants were the longest he would put him in (they barely hit the top of his foot). When we talked about looking online he gave us a code that does absolutely nothing. After we made a small purchase, the associate put a snarky sign on the window stating “no walk-ins appointments ONLY” while making eye contact with myself. Extremely disappointed with the behaviors displayed. The other associate in the store was dressed in a jersey, jeans and sneakers and was on his phone most of the time we were in there, we only realized he was an employee when he cashed someone out. Our associate was also dressed sloppily and tried to insert himself into a private discussion between my fiancé and his mother and had to be told to stay out of it. Went here for wedding tuxedos for my groomsmen and I. They got the order wrong and nickel and dimed us the whole process. I was supposed to be the only one with a gold vest and bow tie, shiny shoes and a particular suit with a fat lapel. My groomsmen were supposed to get an ice blue vest and regular tie, matt black shoes, and a calvin klien suit with a thinner lapel. It took 3 different calls and 2 in person visits to get it fixed because they had it set for everyone to get the gold vest and bow tie. They still ended up getting it wrong because everyone got the same suit as me and received shiny shoes. My wife wanted me to stand out from my groomsmen which is why i had their suits different. I was also using a promotion that would get me a free rental but the lady said my suit was more expensive so i had to pay a little but over the $250 credit. However we all got the same suits and my groomsman plaid close to $250 so there shouldn’t have been much of a variance. Also the people who were fitted at the Greece location were able to put down a deposit and pay the rest at pick up but my groomsmen at this location where forced to pay the whole amount upfront even though i was told at account setup they would all be allowed to just do a deposit if necessary.
