Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I didn’t feel like I should just give one star since the majority of the staff is very nice and they always make my drink and food really good. I’m from out of town (Albany) but spend time in Rochester visiting family. This is my favorite location that I’ve been to in the Rochester area.. well this weekend, I was in town for my uncles funeral.. I was doing a coffee run for my family before the funeral on Saturday, I had four drinks + a blueberry muffin for myself. They give me the four drinks in a tray (after I asked if I could have a tray) and they hand it to me and said “have a great day!.” So in my mind with everything I was dealing with plus just having been handed four drinks, I did drift off with out the muffin. I got to Jefferson rd and realized I didn’t have it. I really didn’t have time to go back, I called and asked if I could somehow be refunded since I accidentally drove off with out it and they said no that I have to come back. I didn’t have time so I said forget it but who ever was on the phone was so rude and also, wouldn’t it be smarter to give the ONE food item first before giving me the four drinks? Just makes sense. I don’t care about the few dollars, that wasn’t the point at all but I also did stop by that Starbucks as well yesterday the day after and I didn’t want to make a big deal but they did the same thing almost.. hand us the drinks and said “have a nice day” before giving us...

I usually get the same drink everyday to wake myself up. I have a java chip frappuccino but lately for whatever the reason I'm not sure why, it's just not tasting very good with the ingredients that they're putting into it. I'm not sure if it's not following the directions that I'm asking them to do or they are not mixing it properly but it doesn't taste like a chocolate venti java chip frappuccino. Paying 7 dollars a drink...so I kind of expect it to be made the same...and not mixed with another ingredient that should not be mixed with it. Chemicals react differently. Almond milk, chocolate and light ice can't seem that hard to make or mix... Sadly something is off and I hope...

Waited 10 minutes to recieve my beverage on storefront, I was the only guest waiting. With 7 employees on you would expect efficiency. 4 employees were making beverages, but no one was communicating. My beverage sat in drive thru for a few minutes before someone realized it was in the wrong spot. The team members were nice, but they should focus on their communication skills and being vocal on the floor. They should also focus on putting the guest first, making sure the guest is set before going out to the lobby to stock sugar packets, or taking off their headset and walking...
