they are that old-fashioned toy store with service that is top-notch. they sell higher-quality toys that last. not the typical junk often found at big-box stores. I had ordered a photo from Amazon and found out that the photo was sold out. Brian went out of his way to secure a better photo from another distributor which happened to be at a much higher cost photo than the original I had ordered from Amazon. He ordered it for me and had it framed for me since the other photo was paid for and out of stock. He went out of his way to satisfy me for an important birthday gift.
