Madison's Niche (Huntington Village) — Local services in Town of Huntington

I went to visit my mom who lives in Huntington. I stopped by Madison Niche. I was with my son shopping & the employee didn’t acknowledge me. I made a purchase & another girl came out of the back & she also didn’t welcome us . I made a purchase near my home near garden city & a young girl last week was very helpful. These employees should be lucky they have a job & always welcome customers. At a time we are going through you need to be extra nice. If my employees treat my customers like this they will not be working for me. All my employees are happy to have a job! I’m not sure the Huntington store wants to stay around. I will never shop...

Don't go here. Obviously, a boutique will be more pricey than any department or discount store. HOWEVER, this shop sold fraying skimpy t shirts for like $125 that you could've have gotten at target for $10. The clothes there are worth and look Much cheaper than they are . It's so ridiculous how cheap looking and plain they are and how expensive they are. But the MAIN problem this store was was how SEXIST it was. It sold pillows that said "home is where the mom is" and "act like a girl, act like a woman, and lead like a man" implying that a certain gender/age could only do things. Never...

I’m always amazed how new and fresh they keep this place. Lots of fun housewares and so many great fashion pieces. It’s like a quick trip to a hip city boutique. Amanda the manager is such a doll with a sweet upbeat personality. She really makes it a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience. I am tempted every time and helped tremendously by all the staff especially Danielle who always knows the new items and how to mix and match. I will def be...
