Recently, I experienced the profound loss of my best friend, Michael. His heart and soul were deeply rooted in Maui, where he spent much of his life. During his time there, he lived on a farm in Hana, selling banana bread at Hana Farms. Just two weeks before his passing, we visited Hana Co, in the same town where his mother resides. Whether by fate or Michael’s unseen guidance, it was a poignant and serendipitous moment.

At Hana Co, we gifted Michael his last bouquet, filled with all his favorite flowers from Hawaii. When he passed, we knew Hana Co was the only place to create a meaningful arrangement to honor his journey to what he called the "great beyond."

We were fortunate to meet Kristine Knight, a Hawaii native and the owner of Hana Co. Despite our grief, Kristine took the time to sit with us for half an hour, listening to our stories about Michael. Her empathy and kindness were a beacon of comfort in our darkest time. She promised to craft the most beautiful arrangement for him, and she truly delivered.

Kristine, your love and dedication poured into creating that arrangement for Michael will never be forgotten. Your kindness touched our hearts deeply, and we are forever grateful.

To anyone reading this, Hana Co is not just a store—it is a place filled with magic and compassion. Kristine Knight’s genuine care and the beauty of her creations make it a haven for anyone in need of solace. We wish Hana Co many years of success and countless blessings. I will certainly return and share the story of your kindness with everyone I can.

I purchased a plant from this company, as I believe in small businesses. I didn’t realize the pot was sold separately—-whoever rang me up also missed the opportunity to upsell the pot.

I 100% wouldn’t have purchased this small plant for the “small business” price I did. Buyer beware. They also don’t take returns only one day later.
