Boscov's — Local services in Town of New Hartford

I went into Boscvos today looking for a birthday gift for my boyfriend I decided to get him a suit with a couple different ties ,dress shirts, and shoes. I am honestly so impressed with the team members there. Every single department I went to I had help from the team members first I went to look at the dress shirts and The first gentleman said that he does weddings and helps people find outfits and if I need any help to let them know. I came back 20 minutes later and another guy was working and he offered to help me as well. I wish I would have got the names of the people working but I do not remember. He helped me find good colors that would work with the suit I picked out. He then walked me all the way over to the shoe department and I was assisted by two people over there. A young girl in a young guy helped me pick out the nicest dress shoes to go with the suit. It was honestly fun I had so many different people helping as well as different ideas and opinions. I walked out of the store with a really great looking outfit! Thanks to EVERY single person! It has been a while since I was able to go out and go shopping and it felt like I was in alone because I had the team members from the store help me. It felt like a family shopping trip! Haha. If this could be shared with everyone in this store , and let them know I appreciated help with the blue suit , dress shoes, and dress shirts! That would be great! I rarely go to Boscov's. The closest one is a 45 minute drive. However, when I do, I always find what I'm looking for! I don't like to shop, but Boscov's makes me want to shop more! They have very nice clothes with great sales! I went to find a tie for my husband. I found the perfect one (last one left). It really wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it looked sharp and matched our daughter's wedding colors and his grey suit perfectly!

I was also looking for a pair of rose or mauve 2" heels. I looked everywhere. Upon going to Boscov's, I decided to look. There were the perfect shoes in a larger size. A note on the shoes said it was the only size available. I almost left. I asked the salesperson and she found 1 more pair. IT WAS IN MY SIZE! So glad I asked!! Staff were also very friendly and helpful!

My husband picked up a last minute bridal shower gift a few months ago. He found the perfect champagne glasses for the bride and groom! He also found Boscov's chocolates. Today I was at Boscov’s and went to the register by the towels and lingerie department doorway. A very pleasant woman named Cheryl was ringing my order up and noticed I was purchasing a cane. She remarked to me about it and I told her I lost one there the previous week but when I called they at the time hadn’t found it. She immediately called customer service and they had one so because I was unable to go back to get it she was looking for another associate to go get it for me as she was ringing up other customers. Well, along comes Tina who was on her way to lunch but insisted on going to get it for me, not once but twice ( a little confusion) . They were both so pleasant, caring , compassionate and didn’t for a moment make me feel uncomfortable. They were wonderful, loving and polite people.
