i purchased a mug for my mother, 5 minutes after leaving the store the mug fell through the paper bag, i went back to the store for a replacement, the supervisor at the time was very rude an didn’t care to make the situation better or even just give me half off on a replacement. supervisor said i broke the product, at that point she really stirred the pot. after she said that to me i didn’t want to purchase a replacement mug. terrible...

Walked in to the store and picked out a key chain I liked, decided later on I did not want to buy it and set it down. An older lady who worked there walked up to me and asked where the key chain was & I told her and proceed to make me show her where I set it to ensure I wasn’t stealing as I was walking out.
