I've been going to this nail salon since they opened the last two times I was left unhappy with service. I was there with my daughter these past weekend and we asked for manicure I thought since we were together they would sit us together no my daughter was rushed to one corner and I was put at another corner , but that's not all after we were done drying our nails I got up to leave a tip for both nail technicians that did our manicure . I placed tip on each of their desk since they were working in the pedicure area on other people. When I was walking out the lady at the front desk asked me if I had left a tip 😒 which I thought was very rude since I had already left tip . Plus it is up to customer to leave tip . I felt it was rude and disrespectful to yell for me to leave a tip in front of all customers as I was walking out . I shouldn't have left tips since my cuticles weren't even cleaned up they did half of...

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout/thank you to Eden nails. Not only do they give a great service at a fair price, today they were incredibly kind and helpful to my frazzled self. I was there yesterday and remembered that being the last time I saw a ring that I was wearing that happens to be very sentimental to me. I could not remember if I put it back on or not, and I could not find it. Not only did they call the woman who was working on me yesterday (she was off today) - when she did not remember seeing the ring, they allowed me to look at the camera footage to see if the ring was left or if I put it back on.
