The item I received was not as pictured--shape or color even allowing for discrepancy in monitor screens. The dimension of the base I inquired about BEFORE I placed the order was wrong by 1.5". Customer service emailed back 10.5" when in fact it is 8.75". This was and important dimension to me which is why I asked about it before ordering. Within 2 hours of receiving this order I emailed customer service about my issues with it providing photos, correspondence with them and close up of measurements. There was no response. I emailed again 4 days later, still no response. Tomorrow will be the 7th day since delivery and the last day allowed for returns. Their telephone is constantly busy so there is no way to talk to anyone or leave a message. I am beyond disappointed as I follow the EH blog, admire Tina's taste and love the inventory in general. But the customer service is so bad that I don't think I will risk ordering again. On top of that, the description of the items is very sparse and inconsistent. Thee jar I ordered only listed 18"H. Nothing about any other measurements which is why I was forced to call. Wasted time and ended up with something I don't like all that much. Wonder what Tina would have done had she been...
