I decided to gift myself Invisalign and chose to come to Kalimian Orthodontics because of good reviews I saw online. I had also looked up mail order options but saw that it could lead to jaw alignment issues and other complications. As a physician, I felt it important to see an orthodontist trained in recognizing and dealing with any issues that could occur. I am half way through the process and I am very happy! I had braces as a child and wore retainers for many years until I lost them and unfortunately my teeth completely shifted! 😣 I went to Dr. Kalimian for a consultation and he was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect in each step. He was very flexible from the start about how and when I could start the Invisalign process. His office is very spacious, clean, and nice. The staff is very personable and helpful. There is a parking lot as well as meter parking. With all the craziness of the Covid-19 pandemic, he was very understanding and accommodating. Because of my hesitation to come to the office, he mailed me a couple of liners. Then I became sick and was unable to come in and he mailed me extras of the liner I had to last me until I was able to return to get examined. Just an overall stand-up doctor! I returned back to the office in June and he has implemented safety measures including spacing out appointments and wearing a N95 mask. Dr. Kalimian is very accommodating about a payment plan and even offered to make adjustments- understanding that this crazy time for a lot of people. Dr. Kalimian is one of the most professional, caring, and dedicated doctors I've come across--and that says quite a lot considering my husband is a physician and we are always communicating with other doctors. From the beginning, Dr. Kalimian's office is welcoming. The space is GORGEOUS, CLEAN, and the receptionist is kind. The waiting area is beautiful. In the examination area, Dr. Kalimian has made sure to have all the most cutting edge technology available to service his patients. He has some amazing computer imaging program that he used to size my son's expander instead of a plaster mold. Everything fit perfectly! Aside from the technology and physical space of the office, which is beyond impressive, Dr. Kalimian himself is just AWESOME. He is so patient and does his best to accommodate everyone. My son came in at 11 years old needing some improvement to the shape of his mouth. Dr. Kalimian started him on an expander and we will be putting braces in soon. During my son's last appt, I mentioned to Dr. Kalimian that, at this point, my son would be inviting Dr. K to his wedding.

I can explain. My son has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I was apprehensive about him evening considering getting braces. Dr. K was referred to us by my son's pediatrician. We did an initial consultation with him in November of 2021, and a few weeks later, my son was in Dr. K's chair getting braces. It was a smooth and painless process. Dr. K did an excellent job of educating us on what to expect, so my son was well prepared going into the process. After the initial procedure, Dr. K was great about follow-up and made himself available via phone and email. He was also good about last-minute emergencies.
