I typically don't write reviews because I'm generally in agreement with the majority. I've been to De-Al a number of times of the last year or two for both cut and color as well as my daughter's hair. I got my last cut in late December and noticed a few days later it was uneven. However, being a work from home mother, my hair is almost always up and my schedule has been insanely busy with extremely long work days. I tried calling a few times to rectify the situation, but it was on a Sunday and Monday when the salon was closed. This was definitely my own fault to have waited this long. However, I finally was able to call today and was told I'd have to pay for a new haircut to fix the issue. Before I wrote a review, I tried to ask to make sure they wouldn't help resolve it. Their explanation was that it's been 8 weeks and my hair my just grow back uneven, even though I explained I noticed it was uneven from early on and was just too busy to do anything about it. I won't names because I think everyone is human and can make mistakes. I'm mostly discouraged by how the situation was managed and the lack of customer service. I was happy to have gone here out of convenience and have been for almost two years to the same cut and colorist, but I will definitely be looking to go somewhere else...

De-al salon is a beautiful salon with friendly and welcoming people. The reason I go there is for my hair stylist, Scott and my colorist, Lesley. They are both amazing at what they do. I have been having Scott cut my hair for years. He always listens to exactly what I want to do and will offer suggestions on what will work better for me, based on my features. He’s always willing to try new styles and has suggested quite a few himself. I am never disappointed leaving his chair. Lesley, my colorist, is equally as receptive to my ideas. I have been a lot of different colors, some at the same time (hello, rainbow hair!), and she is always willing to work with me with whatever I want to try.
