I had a groupon for personal training and overall had a good experience. The gym itself is amazing - has all the equipment you could need for a great workout and is very clean and well-kept. However, I had a bad experience with the gym membership. I was told there would be an online system for selecting a time slot to come into the gym and this wasn't actually available when I signed up. I had to text Eden on the day I wanted to come in to make sure I could come in at specific times, and while a lot of it went smoothly, I often had to wait a long time for a response or text multiple times. I understand that she is juggling a lot but it was unreliable.

I was going to renew my membership last week and stick with it since I understood that it isn't easy managing so many clients but the last 2 times I went to the gym after confirming that it would be open, no one was there.
