Elite Pizza — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The food at this place is horrible! I ordered a large pie, 5 falafels and french fries for my family. Their pizza is so thin and taste like it was frozen and they reheated it. Their fries were greasy as well and tasted very old. The falafel was dry and felt frozen inside as well. The pickles and sauerkraut were completely gooey and rotten. I spent almost $100 there thinking I would get something nice for the kids to eat. It is humiliating to know that this place would serve anything rotten just to make a buck! I called and spoke to Yossi, the manger and he did not seem bothered by my feedback. I will definitely dispute this charge and will never consider giving my business to this place. Please save yourself and your family from getting sick and choose another pizza place. There are many better ones in the neighborhood. I only chose to come to this place because we had a better experience two years ago when we were there in the neighborhood....

Was really disappointed with my recent experience with Elite Pizza catering. I did a birthday party for my son at Pump it up Great Neck location. We wanted to do the kosher option, so they said they cater kosher food from Elite pizza. I ordered from them two sushi platters, veggie pizza and fries. The ordering process and delivery went well. But the sushi that they delivered was not fresh. I was so embarrassed in front of my guests. Everyone said the sushi tasted off and smelled spoiled. There is nothing I could do at that point since the party already started. The adult guests at my party had nothing to eat. I don't think I will order from them...

I came here with my son and we ordered four rolls of sushi so the sushi was okay tasting but I was very disappointed that at the end of the rolls there were no vegetables, I had ordered a salmon avocado and cucumber roll, so at the end of the rolls (the end pieces)there was no cucumber whatsoever!! I then asked for some spicy mayo to accompany the sushi and they went and they actually charged me extra for that ! I would not come back here again when people are petty and won't give you some condiments to go with it. I wonder if I would have ordered a salad if I would have had to pay extra for the dressing! The place was pretty...
