Lounge X — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

We just ate at at LoungeX and it was probably the worst dining expierence my family has ever had. We ordered drinks when we sat down and they did not come for over 45 minutes. I ordered the twilight tequila cocktail and when it came it was straight lime juice and water with zero alcohol even though it was specified to our waitress that it was an alcoholic beverage. We began to order food after 20 minutes with no drinks and our waitress walked away without asking 3 people in our party for orders, which we then had to flag down another waiter to complete the order. We ordered a couple appetizers and they came out at all different times, even though it was the same plate. In the middle of our appetizers coming out one persons salmon dish came out even though someone else about table ordered salmon. All of our entrees came out so scattered my entire family was not able to eat together and half of our food was cold. When the last 2 entrees came out they did not have down that we ordered 2 of the same dish and then tried to bring that dish to another table when we had been waiting. Because we mentioned the late food and drinks, they brought out complementary cheese cake. After they gave out 3 slices to our table of 8 and then told us they were out and could get ice cream, which was not really an issue because the food was free but half our table was not able to enjoy what the other half was. Why even bring out the cheesecake at this point? I should also note we did not have the same waiter/waitress the entire time and different people kept coming/taking orders when we had already ordered with someone. You could tell the communication between the staff overall was not strong. The food itself was fine but the overall dining expierence was probably the worst our family has ever had. I do not recommend this to anyone and genuinely cannot comprehend how this place has as many 5 star...
