Agent Minoo Pajounia spent several full days exclusively bringing me, my wife & kids, and parents to see homes around the Long Island areas. Was dealing with Minoo. Absolutely the worst broker I have ever dealt with in my life. Extremely unprofessional- she had the audacity to call me obnoxious when I simply asked for an update. She called me rude because I asked her to text me the update. She couldn’t email me either. Incapable of doing anything honestly. She makes so many excuses as to why she can’t get back to you when in reality she’s just plain lazy.
