On Jan 17, 2025, I purchased an AMG SUV from this dealership.. when I reached out to them initially to inquire about a car, they touted their sales volume and the fact they “sold cars to people from all over the the country”. Initially, my salesperson was very attentive to the details of making the sale… however there was a significant issue that was not addressed, during or immediately after the sale. They sold me a car with summer tires in the dead of winter and the implications of this was not explained fully time me at the time of purchase, by either the sales person or product specialist. I had a near accident and was appropriately informed by my local MB dealership about the tires after this event. I conveyed this to my Rallye salesperson 11 days after the sale. I send text messages and emails explaining my concerns and unhappiness with the car.
UNFORTUNATELY, the Rallye Salesperson never bothered to pick up the phone to talk to me directly and provide any real support or solutions. I also spoke to the Rallye Sales manager, who reached out and was not fully informed as to the my concerns, and also was minimally responsive.
In short, one month elapsed, I never got a satisfactory response from Rallye Motors ( outside of the finance person, Diana, who was lovely and helpful.
Rallye Motors is HIGH sales volume dealership, with Low customer service and support.
I traded the AMG in at Keeler Motors in Albany for another MB and was treated respectfully and thankfully had a super supportive experience with Rod and his team… Thank you Keeler Motors! Read moreI purchased a used 2019 SL550 last month from Riz, and thanks to his professionalism and efficiency, the entire transaction — including the test drive — took only 38 minutes. Based on that positive experience, I returned a month later to purchase a new 2025 EQE SUV for my wife.
This vehicle was supposed to include a home charger, but nearly two months later, I still haven’t received it. I’ve called several times and was told that someone emailed me for my address, which email I never received and which frankly makes little sense, especially since my address should have been on file from the purchase. Then I was told I should have received the charger at the time of purchase, so I’m unsure what the truth actually is.
After leaving a review with fewer than five stars, I was contacted and asked to change it in exchange for resolving the charger issue, which I did. Now I’m being offered a used charger while a new one is ordered, but I’ll be required to return the used one once the new one arrives. But still don't have the charger after a week when I was promised it would be rectified the next day.
The dealership is 45 minutes away, and I don’t want to drive there to pick up a used charger, sit down to order a new one, and then make another trip to return the old one. I was told they would bring it to me yesterday, but now its Tuesday evening and still nothing.
