I had the opportunity to view a custom design that was made for a friend and it was just amazing ! Not only was it totally custom made from a very rough sketch, but Tina had made a couple of designs to make sure my friend was thrilled and was able to get exactly what she wanted at an unexpected reasonable price. I personally had some items repaired and she didn't charge me ! It's just so nice to have a local store like this where the staff really cares about...
