Vicky at Charlie's Vacuums provided my Miele Neptune vacuum with a most thorough cleaning and sanitizing.Charlie's in-house BIO-OXY stain cleaner remains a well-kept secret (hopefully, not for long) and is worth a visit on its own merit-an INCREDIBLE product with an incredible price. ( Accessories are featured at Charlie's Vacuums, also). I was blown away by the terrific customer service, terminology I do not use but accurately conveys my initial experience with Charlie's Vacuums. Enter the shop and you will feel it right away; a feeling of satisfaction and a confirmation you leave with after doing business with them.Upon loading my vacuum and BIO-OXY cleaner into my car, I wanted to return to the shop from the parking lot and look for anything else that I might need.Charlie's Vacuums also has you covered for upholstery and grout/tile cleaning.There is a very positive, personable and sincere energy that you feel and take with you when doing business with Vicky and with Charlie's Vacuums.Location,location, location was the initial consideration for finding a vacuum shop to service my Miele. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSometimes stars do fall from the sky! This message was not lost on me last Friday. I had just lost a dear friend to leukemia and the heat was reaching into the 90s. I was not up for a To-Do List, but my Miele had been inoperable for 3 wks.
I have been a Charlie customer for years and have always been pleased with the immediate attention, the service, the honesty - but this visit held a surprise.
After nixing one possible cause, Vicky and Jared took the Miele to the repair area. They returned laughing, handing me a lamp harp screw that got caught in the wand neck.
In attempting to pay, they declined. Thinking they had not heard me, I again asked the service fee. Same response.
Isnāt it amazing that angels show up in a vacuum shop? A message that angels do attempt to bring Joy in sorrow. But an illustration for us all, that our community vendors may have hearts we never realized esp. in this economy. Given the heat of the day, they could easily have treated themselves to a cold shake with my cash and who could blame them?
Did the angels want those who read this Review to re-remember that the world, as upside down as it seems, is still made beautiful by the value of one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI Should have never shopped here for a new Electrolux central vacuum, hose and wand & attachments only. They talked me out of another Electrolux, which mine was 30 years old. Sold me a SEBO, which was suppose to out clean, and out last my other. What a joke!! The SEBO vacuum hose was suppose to swivel and not tangle and knot up, well mine doesn't swivel, it twists, knots and suction stops! The SEBO was NOT SUPPOSE to catch rugs or cords, however their showroom model DID! He said he would order mine, and it and would not catch rugs etc. Well it DOES! while using my rug/ beater bar attachment if you turn or twist the handle where the hose/ nozzel attaches the vacuum stops working, cuts in and out. Very Disappointed! And this is only a few years old. Now they want to sell me ANOTHER hose, saying the wires are not connecting, when the hose twist!! If it swiveled like it was suppose to from the beginning this would not be happening. What ever happened to HONESTY when selling a product.??? and customer service after the sale?? They tell you what you want to hear so you will buy their product! I guess I just purchase through Electrolux like the first time. GOOD...
