I've waited far too long to write this review but here it is. I am so grateful to men's Warehouse and this branch of it In particular. I came in to have my honor guard uniform that needed to be retailored as I had lost quite a large amount of weight since the last time I needed to wear it. It was needed two days from that date and I knew it was a long shot but I had to try because it was worth it to those I was wearing it for. The staff understood that and took amazing care of me. They showed sympathy and gave their condolences which was most appreciated. They told me they would do the best they could to have this ready in time as I'm sure it was a tall order and I would not have faulted them in the slightest if they could not do it. They walked me through the process and it was set up to be picked up the next afternoon. I was a bit flustered with emotion and busy in needing things to do so I cannot remember the staff names that helped in particular but if I could I would list by name as recognition. I received a call that evening after the store had closed that my uniform would be ready to go and waiting for me as soon as the store opened in the morning. I was so grateful and ecstatic that it was done so quickly. When I arrived at the store the staff was incredibly helpful and the suit fit me perfectly like it did when I originally had it sized. The amount of care and attention to detail by all staff members was incredibly recognized and made me feel like such a valued customer. I would have to say that I don't go to men's Warehouse often because it is rare that I find myself in need of a suit or even a retailoring of one that I already own but because of this stores professionalism, punctuality and humanity I can say I will use them from here on out for any of my dressware and services that I need. Keep up...
Read morePay attention to the recent negative reviews for Mens Wearhouse Wausau. They are accurate. Our fitting experiences were rushed and sloppy and we were repeatedly told that it had to be this way because they were understaffed. You are required to call ahead for fittings (because we're so understaffed) but the only way that you will know this is by seeing the sign on their door, which our groom discovered after driving an hour and then being told he could not be fitted. It is not advertised on their website. At our fittings for four guys, half were not measured but just asked "what size they usually wear" and were not given pants or shoes to try on. This was done by a young kid who repeatedly stated that he was the store manager, rolled his eyes and looked annoyed. When we requested that everyone try on all outfit pieces, he argued that it wasn't necessary and that they are understaffed. During this discussion, another kid kept interrupting asking who was going to be paying for the tuxes and trying to get us to pay mid-fitting although we had already stated that all the tuxes were being paid by one person at the end. I have no idea why either of these two boys work in retail; they both acted like they could not tolerate having to work with customers one second longer. Terrible service by arrogant, dismissive kids who should not be overseeing a retail store that provides clothes for important life events. We have ZERO confidence that these tuxes are going to come in problem free. Update: 5 out of 5 tuxes came in with issues, all same issue: measured too small. They gave the same size shirt to two people who are 150 vs 200 lbs. Wrong size vest, pants too...

She had a really poor attitude when trying to direct me. I felt as though I was being shouted at and she gave off a vibe like she didn't want to assist me. The suit was expensive so I needed the measurements to be correct. As she was taking measurements, I explained it seemed that it would still be too long. I raised my concerns however I trusted her judgement as a professional. Again, the process felt extremely rushed!!
Customer Service Experience: (Date: 2/20/22) When I came in to pick up my suit, I wanted to try it on before I left the building. It was clearly still too long so I needed assistance. All the employees were occupied. I stood around by other employees just waiting to try and catch a second of their time that I needed help. No one bothered to ask me if I needed help so I had to insert myself in between the employee and another customer. I waited 10-15 minutes until I was helped. It seriously took less than 30 seconds to take new measurements and move me along. I understand other customers were being assisted, however there's still no excuse not to check in and also reprioritize if they needed to get things moving along. There was no apology made or empathy for me. Just terrible service!!
Watch out for needles!!: Be careful when walking around with no shoes. There are needles and pins all over the floor that can possibly be...
