My boyfriend, now my fiancee and I went to Jim Kryshak Jewelers to search for a wedding ring. The first person who assisted us was Travis, he was very nice, asked us if we wanted a cookie, water, and coffee. He asked what we were looking for, we told him that we were looking for a wedding ring. He told us each section, it was very helpful because we didn't know what we were looking and had no clue. We've research on the internet, but nothing like it when you go into the store. Travis told us to choose whichever ring we wanted to look it. I was very shy, he asked what kind of ring I was interested in, I told him that I'm not quite sure. He then offered me to look at a ring he choose, I looked at it, it was beautiful, I was like I like it, but its only ok because it wasn't my style. He was ok, understood, and said that he wanted me to love the ring and have sparkles because it is going to be my forever ring. I was like YEAH! You're right! We were looking and looking, then Chrystal also came to help. She was very kind and came to understand what kind of ring I was looking for. After looking at all the rings, I told her I like sparkly. She selected rings for me to look at, then we told Chrystal and Travis that we were on a budget, which they understood. The rings we choose and set aside, they weren't on our budget, then Travis left as I was talking with Chrystal. Travis came back and told me to look at a ring he choose. My eyes was sparkling, I had a huge smile, and butterflies in my stomach, I was like this is MY FOREVER RING! And guess what, it was within our budget! I was so happy! My fiancee loved it too. We told them we were still looking at other places just in case there might be something better so my fiancee can choose whichever ring to surprise me when he asks me to marry him. They wrote the ring down for us just in case we might come back for it. We went to other places and nothing can compare to the ring I fell in love with at Jim Kryshak Jewelers. When my fiancee propose, it was the ring I fell in love with at Jim Kryshak Jewelers. He said he could tell I fell in love with that ring because that's all I could ever talk about. Lol! He was right! I'm so so happy Travis introduced us to my FOREVER ring!
It was my fiancee and my first time there too and the service was awesome! It was a busy season too because it was almost Christmas. It was an awesome experience. Jim Kryshak Jewelers, you guys certainly have awesome employees there. Thank you! Thank...
Read moreIn early January of 2021 I was interested in purchasing a new ring and went to Jim Kryshak based on it’s reputation of quality. The staff was very helpful and when I identified a ring I wanted to purchase based on the price listed on the tag attached to the ring I was told they were recently repriced and the new price was $100 more even though that was not the listed price on the ring itself. It was still within budget and I went ahead with the purchase though surprised by such a move. Fast forward a couple months when I returned to the store with one of the bands that had spontaneously separated from the ring. The staff was understanding and I asked to replace the ring was something different but similarly priced or less. I found one that i liked and noted it was $200 less on the price tag compared to what I paid for my first ring. The individual who was helping me went back to “talk to her manager “ and when she returned she stated they could exchange it for my defective ring. I asked that the $200 difference be credited back to me. The reply was that it was equal value to my ring. When I commented that the price tag reflected that it was $200 less she stated that’s not the correct price because the price of gold has gone up and the ring needs to be sized to fit me. The ring isn’t even made of gold. Seems disingenuous to make such a statement and disappointing from a business that has a good reputation. At that point I asked for a full refund and was given one. I...
Read moreIf I could hit 10 stars out of 5...... I would!!!! I have been looking to get a new ring for the last 3 years because my ring was losing some of the diamonds. I have been with my husband for 29 years and I loved my original ring. Only problem is that I like white gold better than yellow gold and the yellow gold was not holding up and to repair the ring was a minimum of $5,000. I know this because I took it to a jeweler in Scottsdale, Arizona where I live and to Estes Park Colorado, where we have a wonderful friend that owns a jewelry store and then I ended up in my parents jeweler in Wausau Wisconsin for another family matter and they confirmed.
Then I was fortunate enough to meet Sue who took the time to really ask me what I wanted........I just wanted the exact same ring in white gold which seemed really simple but I had not been clearly communicating. Sue said, Jeramy can do that, let me get back with you.....well let me tell you.....not only did Sue and Jeremy re-build my ring, but they sent me 3D pictures of it as they built it!! And the cost was no where near $5,000.
My ring is a PERFECT match to the original but in white gold......I am beyond thrilled!!! Even my husband who is a typical guy....more interested in new wheels than jewelry...thinks it looks amazing!!! Thank you Sue for really taking the time to hear me and thank you Jeremy for your amazing skills!!! I will for sure do Any and All jewelry business with you in...
