Privet's Online Consignment Warehouse — Local services in Town of Riverhead

First of all I don’t usually rate or post unless I get an amazing or worst experience with the place. I bought some stuff from their auction and I went to pick them up. Once I got there I was greeted by Gina who by the way is very lovely and helpful. Mind you I bought a lot of stuff so when Gina gave me a box I said I need to check before I leave. I am glad I did because at first she thought I had only one box packed for me but when I said I bought 14 items and there are only 2 in the box. She proceeded to look for the other items and found another box for the rest of my stuff. As I was in the process of opening the box and checking my purchases a guy that works there walked by and without asking who I was or asking Gina told me “ Why are you opening those boxes? I answered “ because they are mine and I paid for them” at this time I was very upset and shaking because out of nowhere this big guy without introducing who he was or asked me who I was. I am sure this place is a good place to shop and Gina is very sweet and helpful but this kind of behavior from this guy (his name is Jeremy from what I gathered) just thought he could be rude and disrespectful to a customer. I think they need to educate their staff on how to be more professional and practice proper decorum with customers. I recently discovered Privet Consignment store on Riverhead and was thrilled with their selection of high-quality furniture at great prices. This place is amazing! Great deals to had everywhere you look! Super friendly staff, from the counter staff to the movers who will help you load your finds in to your car/truck if needed. I can't believe they fit 6 beautiful chairs and a huge rug in to our 4Runner - no scratches or blemishes either! We stop in frequently as their stock rotates so often.
