SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in Town of Rye

I've been to this establishment several times, and sadly, I must say that the service is truly poor. They're very rude and don't even make an effort to help their customers. On one of my last visits, I was attended by Luisa. I found her to be super friendly, and I was surprised because it was the first time I'd been treated that way at this establishment. I've been going back more often and making more purchases because it's truly comfortable to be welcomed by her. She's always smiling, extremely friendly, and has excellent customer service. Went with my girlfriend to look for a perfume and the store had no other customers. When we asked for help the employee half looked for it and was very dismissive and unhelpful. She just said "we don't have it" and walked away from us not even recommending a different option to even try to make a sale. We are very dissappointed with the experience and won't be coming back. Very surprised this standard of customer service is being allowed by the company since it has always been a great experience in the past in their solo stores. Hope this...

By far the WORST Sephora that I’ve ever been to. They don’t greet you and the employees are simply rude and useless. I went in looking for a specific eyebrow pencil showed the girl a picture of it and flat out said they didn’t have it. Didn’t care to look for it. So I took the initiative to look for my self and I actually found it - not one but plenty of them. Needless to say I will not be shopping...
