My daughter and I went out to the Brandy Melville in Southampton today to get clothes for back to school. As soon as we walked in, the store was beyond packed with a 20 min line wrapped around the store. As she was picking out clothes, she took them off the hangers because she thought it would be easier to hold everything. Once she went to try on clothes the girls working the changing area had an issue with the clothes not being on the hangers. My daughter said she couldn’t get to them as they were super high up and she asked if it was ok and the girl says, “well actually it is.” Then when my daughter was finished, she handed another girl her clothes she didn’t want and she didn’t even acknowledge her and seemed angry that she had to go around and put the clothes back herself (when it is her job to do so). Not only were the girls rude over there, but the girl at the register gave us such a nasty look because my daughter decided on line she didn’t want to purchase an item she had in her hand. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life and we will be shopping online for Brandy Melville clothing from now on. Cute clothes but the employees need lessons on...
Read moreEntitled and rude employees working register, cursing while they talk about their personal lives, things that customers “on line” don’t want to hear. I kindly asked if there were any more colors in a shirt and I went to go look it maybe took 2 seconds after the other employee said “there’s just a line” as if I didn’t know, AFTER I JUST WAITED ON LINE FOR LONGER THEN I SHOPPED FOR, clearly she didn’t know the colors of the shirts that their store carries.. lolll. I would write their names but they didn’t give them to me. I will continue to order online then ever go back to this location, do better, you’re young and you won’t survive with that...
Read moreGirls BEWARE! I will never go back to this location or any location because their dressing room curtains don’t close! I was trying something on and there were huge gaps in the curtains to where the people walking by could see inside the room. Next to me was a TEENAGE GIRL begging her mom to help her keep the curtains closed. When I got to the register I asked the cashier and the manager nearby if they were aware the dressing rooms don’t close and they said YES! This is sick and weird brandy. Many teenage girls walk in the store and it’s bizarre that they know about the issue and refuse to fix...
