Goldberg’s Famous Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

In the hamptons.... there is no espresso machine at Goldberg’s!!!!! Do not go here is you are looking for an espresso, latte, or cappuccino!!!! I think the owners totally misjudged the hamptons clientele and will miss out on tens of thousands of dollars in revenue because they don’t have the vision to lease or buy a machine!!!!

Oh and it took me a couple of tries with the cashier to fully comprehend that they did not have a machine. The female cashier then proceeded to recount the story in Spanish to her coworker.... thinking that I did not understand Spanish!!! How rude. I hope this place looses a lot of money this year. At least the prior owner had an espresso machine and a dynamite manager that would NEVER think about talking about a customer....in front of them....in...

The bagels are great, The veg tofu cream cheese is okay and could use a little more salt and be more tangy. Vegan options are limited. The place is quite small and stays busy. It took more than fifteen minutes for them to complete our order in the morning, and people who placed orders after us got theirs. Thankfully, the cashier noticed and called out to the staff, in Spanish, that I was still waiting on my order. There is limited seating and the interior could use some renovation to match the standard in the area. There is a tiny toilet that can be used by customers with permission. Staff are friendly, hardworking women but they take time to complete orders when it gets busy and...

Terrible service aswell as rude workers. I went into Goldberg’s to order a sandwich for my son just a simple ham hero. I had ordered one the other day so I was surprised to see that the sandwich was much smaller today than the other day. So I asked if they had confused my order or if they had other types of bread. And I was rudely told by a man behind the counter that “I must be confused with another place”. I came into this store didn’t waste anyone’s time and treated the workers with kindness just to receive this treatment? Terrible 1 star...
