I am a consistent customer and have never had any problems until tonight. I dealt with one of the rudest workers I have ever met who I believe was actually a manager because he seemed to be training a much younger worker. He was very argumentative at the speaker and was blaming me for the “muffled” speech and claimed that’s why he couldn’t understand me and kept messing up my order. I raised my voice and said you done with your phone or what? He puts it away and starts to do his job horribly slowly. Manager saw him 3 times doing nothing and than he did nothing to fix the issues.
