I cannot believe the experience I just had at Staples in Middletown New York !!! it was awful every customer service person I approached (4 people) that work there had no idea where anything was in the store . on top of their lack of interest and rude manorism... we were standing on line with five people ahead of us and she literally turned the light off as we approached the register and slammed her button off to turn off the overhead light she ignored me when I kept talking to her then when we got to the next register the person behind the register had no idea about anything I actually felt sorry for the girl that she was in a position that she was .. she was not qualified to be where she was ...omg a lot of people were complaining making her feel bad ...management should take this into consideration that people with disabilities should only be in the position that they feel comfortable with and that they are confident about I really felt bad for the girl !!! Before addressing the issues with waiting online I could not believe the prices on things that I actually went out of my way back to compare a price in Walmart for a little stickers that were $21.99 on your shelf and $1.42 in Walmart.... MGMT SHOULD BE ASHAMED... the store should be closed down !!! Om top of the poor air quality & stench smell in there and the rude people and the high prices, I will never go in there again !!! I must say the girl Rachel in the printing section was courteous, experienced and doing her job ... at the same time she was handling things with all of the chaos around her she's about the only good thing I have to say about in the entire store. ZERO STARS WITH RECOMMENDATION OF STORE...

I had to run around trying to find a store that could make one for me so last minute. Dollar tree empty ... party city surprisingly empty. Then a staff member advised me from party city that Staples makes banners. I ran to staples and thatās where I found Zee, OMG Iām telling you God sent down an angel. She was so kind and understanding, she helped me set up the order and the banner came out so beautifully. Iām so happy she was able to help me. The banner looked so beautiful for the cake display, and I was worried I wouldnāt be able to place it where I would of placed the other one.. Even with a mask on you can tell she was smiling the entire time, which made the experience even better, the stress that I once had was blown away. People like her are so hard to come by, Iām grateful she was the person I met, and because of that I had to write a review which I normally never do, because I never had experiences like this one. Thank God for you Zee and God bless you darling. Ā Ā Ā Read more11 days, and 3 trips to the store later, I had to cancel my "next day" business card print order. The first time I was told that the "card cutting machine" was out of order. Okay, I understand. But, I was assured my order would be ready and was placed on top of the (I'm guessing imaginary) queue. I waited another 4 days, went back to the store, and was then told "oh, our cutting machine was down last week." I was given the option to "wait an hour and they'll be done" (it was at 7:00 PM), but I told the staff I'd return in the morning. Not able to return until today, 4 days after the last interaction, I waited 15 minutes in line to be told "we ran out of the special paper, and we sent your order to a fulfillment center." Too many stories, too few employees, and even management lied to my face. I would have appreciated a call or even a delayed email. I used to spend a lot of money getting business prints done at Staples. Never again. I canceled this order, and will finally be receiving my business cards from elsewhere within the next 3 days.
