Maverick Road — Local services in Town of Woodstock

I ordered an item online and when it arrived, it was shattered. It was packed in a thin box with one thin layer of bubble wrap, not a shipping box. I notified store as soon as I received and provided pictures. The store emailed back that it was surprised it didn't make it through USPS (shipped from New York to North Carolina), but they would be happy to refund. I have not received refund and have reached out several times with no further response.

Update: The store did respond after a minute, apologized and said they would reship. I'll wait a bit, it hasn't shipped yet, I appreciated the response.
