I wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the best team members TS has ever had , JIMMY! He’s always so even kiln, kind , and goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of! Last week I went into my TR store and could not get clarification about another Mr Heater like I bought last fall for my home as a back up source. I wanted to put yet another one downstairs in the basement, and I really wanted the deal that if you bought the heater , the $40 blower was included for free! Same deal as last year, I voiced this to jimmy as he was filling several 20 lb cylinders and he’s like , he had rang one up earlier and no charge for blower. Not only did he listen as he was pumping propane, he radioed inside and had everything at register for me and even loaded it for me! Hats off Jimmy for a great job from a very appreciative customer . Great selection pertaining to what I normally go there for as in dear hunting supplies / equipment and food / nutritional supplies for the deer. The only issue that I've had with Tractor Supply is the manager I'm not sure exactly of his name as I'm sure there are more than one so not all of them are this way but this one particular manager I would say he is in his late 40s early 50s and wears glasses kind of slender in build is not very much a people person and not very friendly at all. I mean I'm not asking for a pat on the back and for you to continuously shake my hand all the way around the store but when someone ask you a question or needs help you're the main one that should be there to answer all questions and help with anyting a customer needs without having to be rude about it. So……my daughter ( who’s 4 months pregnant ) has her husband stop by to pick up some chicken feed, which they have been buying from ts since March 2020 Either here or Greer. So my son in law is looking for assistance for picking up the aforementioned feed and the wonderful ts employee during the conversation stated “I’m sorry I didn’t think a person of color would be own chickens” WHAT?? 2021 America????? Are you serious?? If I was there I would have been thrown out and or arrested!! I’m ashamed outraged and angry. No excuse, no reason. I’m a business manager, have been for over 30 years.
