AT&T Store — Local services in Travelers Rest

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Ave, the store manager, this evening.

Earlier in the day, I had an issue with a recent purchase at a different AT&T store and was told there was no solution for what seemed like a simple request. Frustrated, I decided to try this location—and I’m so glad I did.

Ave greeted me with a smile and made me feel heard. I only had to wait a short time, and he resolved the issue in less than five minutes. He was polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. His professionalism and positive attitude gave me hope in AT&T again.

The best in-store customer experience I've had in quite some time. They both greeted me with a warm welcome and then got down to business. The upsell was perfect and our conversation was as if we'd known each other before. Plus, the new location was super nice. It was a little hard to find without Google Maps, but dropping your cell in the toilet will cause it to be like that. Great experience all...
