Always good service at this location. I appreciate the hard work! This was my previous review a month ago. Since then Ive been here daily and I’ve noticed some inconsistency in my drink. I hate to say anything, I just get anxiety complaining about things, I’m usually very quiet and deal with it but it’s gotten so bad that I been just dropping my drink in the trash on the way out. I get a venti-white mocha-hazelnut-frapp. Odds are many of them will know who I am and I’m ok with that, on a personal level I like the people here, Very pleasant and friendly. Had an eye roll at me once by the afternoon guy taking my order but ohh well, he’s much cooler than me. Today my drink tasted like spearmint, maybe the blender wasn’t cleaned out all the way after rinsing and it got into my drink, other days i don’t taste hazelnut at all. Do y’all put 4 pumps or 6 pumps? I’ve been asked how many pumps of hazelnut I want and my answer is, I’m not sure, but I’d like to taste it. Sometimes it doesn’t even taste like there is any in my drink and those days I toss it. A white mocha frapp alone just tastes nasty to me, weird how adding the hazelnut changes the taste so much. Anyways, I spend 9.00 and some change on a daily basis here, 270$ a month without adding the change. I tip 2.00 every time. I’m not going to change my review, I’m just asking for y’all to have some consistency across the board....
Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews but my experience this morning has my blood boiling. I came to this location yesterday total was $14.01. Today I ordered the same thing but instead of 2 grandes I ordered 1 tall; and 1 grande. My total today was almost $16.00. At the window, I questioned why my order was more expensive today. The lady at the window had a man come over to help her, and told him that I had a question about the price of the drink. I was just going to explain the situation…but when I began to speak, he held his hand up to me and said “you’re going to have wait” in an extremely rude and aggressive tone. I did ask her what his name was, and she let me know it was JEREMIAH and he was the STORE MANAGER. All I could say was, “wow, I’m sorry”. I have never been spoken to by someone like that in a customer service setting, especially considering I wasn’t being rude and was just wondering what the difference from yesterday to today was. Read moreAfter walking in and my friend ordered a Dirty Chai, the drink came out a shade darker than milk. There was CLEARLY no coffee in this drink whatsoever. As my friend went to the counter to ask, the woman who made the coffee took it after saying she’ll make another one. Then she walked over to the other employees and processed to talk about my friend, while the other employees giggled. Then a male employee spoke up and said “Yeah so even if we remake it, it’ll be the same color.” My friend, who orders this drink, matcha, or americano and has for years, says “Oh, it’s never been this color before.” The male, very rudely goes “Well it will be this color if we remake it.” as he has her coffee with the lid off behind the counter. She goes, “Can you just add more coffee to it then?” They said no and put the lid back on the drink and handed it to her.
