CR International Grocery — Local services in Truro Township

I wish I can write a review without giving them a star. Couple days ago I bought belna chauki for 17.99. As soon as I get home, I opened and try to use its was broken. So as I was around this store I stop by and let them knw about situations and asked if we can exchange/if they have any options BUT their response was so disappointing. Their exchange policy is in 24hrs. No one have their time to go to store every 24hrs. We do have other stuff to do. If it was frozen/others other stuff I can understand they can’t do exchange/refund but it was totally dry so I was hoping they would do something. I wouldn’t mind spending 18$ but they need to do something for customers beside making DISPPOINTED. Same as potato’s we got 50lb bag of potatoes for $30 AND other store charge $20/25. This store owners dose not know what customer service is. Very rude to the customer. Has a pride on a damaged product. When you entered the store the tone of owner wanna make you slap them in their face. Sorry to say that but went there several time and service was a absolutely worst.please avoid this store if you want better,friendly,nice and better product! We get our Indian/asian groceries here, dont compare it with Patel Brothers or big Indian chain but we get all the staples, wheat flour, rice, masala, and some green vegetables too. But dont expect big variety of green vegetables but rest of the things you can buy here. We are happy to have it in our area where we can even walk to it.
