I use to love jumping from shop to shop at Taylor square...until it became a major problem shopping here. There's several major issues i personally have with this location. This area has a lot of shops which is nice ....however, it really truly is extremely over crowded, people are always in such a hurry they are very rude, as it has become run down in last few years.. I only come over here on my way home from work... and to be honest only for Sam's club anymore. Which is on the backside of the issues I'm describing. I would Shop here more especially, with my huge family. However, Sam's is the only store in this area where u can buy bulk items at great prices with awesome deals,, and is conveniently on my way home. Here at Tylor and because of the many shops and super centre it makes it hard to park, shop, buy, drive, an much much more conflicts If you decide to go to Walmart, Bath, game stop, etc. Be sure to go very late at night right before closing or extremely early right when opened. Never go around the first of the month and try avoiding the weekends if possible! This is when it's so over crowed. You will spend most the time walking to and from your car and will absolutely wait horribly long wait times just in check out. Their refusal on opening more than 2 or 3 lanes for check out is another major issue itself. I rather avoid this area altogether, drive clear out of my way, even leave everything I was going to buy and walk out, before I will wait at check out before going to this location! Always place a pick up order so you don't have to mess with the many issues it still has. You will skip all the crowded congested lines, parking, Lack of customer service issues they currently have by placing pick up or same day delivery. My own opinion is to just go the little ways over to canal Winchester and enjoy their stripe mall location, before going here(Taylor.) Canals stripe mall is less crowed and more friendly faces/people, overall, far better customer service and experience when shopping!!!! OR... online is absolutely the way to go!! You can place an online/in app order for same day delivery and so much more. Overall, Taylor Square stripe mall area is over rated, extremely congested, an to be honest sometimes a nightmare with traffic, getting in an out is near impossible at times. Me, myself, and I avoid this area at all cost. Unless I place a pick up order then I place it on my way home from work. The food in the area also delivers. Thus being why I rated it 3 stars. I love the food and have it...
Read moreVery, very busy area & stores. Not sure who came up with that parking lot, but it is not reasonable at all. Trying to get out of there was also a little bit of a pain. The Walmart had really nice features that my closest Walmart doesn't have. But, then as we walked around, there was a lot of mess! Made it very hard to actually look at different things, in different depts. When we paid & were leaving, we walked past the customer service area where you make your returns, and there were at least 15+ carts full of anything & everything, even food. People could hardly even get up to the customer service desk to make thier returns or whatever. But that's the funny thing about this store, that area was totally a huge yucky mess. But then right across the way they had what looked like a brand new Money Center that was all clean without the cart clutter everywhere! They also have an amazing area right when you come inside where you can sign into the computer & then just have a seat in this nice little area & at wait for your packages that you ordered online. It looked like they were actually trying to be a better store, but there just wasn't enough workers doing thier actual jobs to get all those carts taken care of & also getting those departments cleaned up that were totally destroyed & looked like they hadn't been...
Read moreNothing exciting here. This shopping center is the Suburbia Starter Pack of shoppes and eateries. Those include Walmart, Marshalls, bath and body works, a couple hair salons and a beauty store. Let's pepper in a GameStop while were at it.(I thought those were long gone with blockbuster!) Then there is the adjacent plaza with the dollar store and some shoe store that's name escapes me. The gas stations nearby all close early so make sure you've got enough in your car to prevent boarding the heel-toe express. If you are riding a bike, be sure to lock it up extra tight. I've had a couple bikes stolen from this location.
And if you have a work truck with windows, park closer to the store fronts. DO NOT PARK ON THE OPPOSITE END OR YOU WILL HAVE A BROKEN WINDOW AND POSSIBLY EXPENSIVE TRADE TOOLS STOLEN FROM YOUR "SECURELY LOCKED" TRUCK BED ENCLOSURE.**
