Dotty's — Local services in Tualatin

I almost gave 4 stars but changed it to 5 since it's probably not fair for me to compare this location to the Vegas Dotty's I'm used to. This location is obviously hindered by stricter laws in this state. It's small, with 5 or maybe 6 slot machines. Not their fault as that's the max allowed here. I didn't have a good win day but that happens sometimes everywhere of course. The staff were nice, and patiently explained some of the rules that differ from Vegas. All in all it was a fun place to blow a couple twenties and drink a decently priced beer. I'd go there again if I was in the area. Maybe fix my first time...

If I could rate the customer service itself, there would be negative stars. The two cashiers were sitting down on their phones and i walked up and asked about the tuesday taco special (AYCE) and they both stared at me. So i asked if I could order them they then asked to check my ID to order my tacos, had to go back to the car and she then rang me in. I ate my first order then asked for another order then i realized i was running late and i had to be at work in a little while, I'd eat them in the car on the way. She refused to let me leave with the tacos i already had!...

Does anyone know the owner of this place? I just went in to try to play poker and a old lady that works there, she said her name is Donna, called me names and pushed me out the store literally because she wanted to see my ID, I’m 45 years old, she went to the machine and stopped the game and told me she wouldn’t pay my ticket. I went to the car and got my ID and she said it was a fake ID and still wouldn’t pay my ticket, I can’t say all the bad words she told me here but she definitely needs to get sent to a mental hospital or maybe to a drug...
