There was one guy that worked here that offered great customer service. The last rep was good too...I won't discredit her. Expensive coils with no price break for buying the 5 pack. Ever. It's like $25 for a pack of 5 coils for my eGo. There's a place off 99W - Highline Vapors - that will sell the 5 pack for $13. Last time I went in, it happened to be busy and there was only one rep working. To give the benefit of the doubt, the other rep just took her lunch at a bad time. Luckily, the 3 people in front of me knew what they wanted and it didn't take terribly wrong. By the time the rep got to me, the OTHER rep walked in. Rep one joked about how many customers they were in a professional manner. Normal banter. Rep 2 was just like "Oh...Sorry," then said nothing the rest of the time. Just seemed to be in a bad mood. Bad vibe in general. I also bought some juice from Henry's Vape Tualatin, on sale, that I wish I could return. It's made by NJOY which I wish I would have seen, or the rep would have told me. If you're not familiar with NJOY, they're a rather large company that made pretty good e-cigs that I used years ago. Anyways, I'm not a fan of big companies like that and enjoy (haha) supporting smaller businesses. I also don't trust them for what they put it in and apparently for good reason. It's made with glycerine instead of vegetable glycerine which I also wish the rep would have told me. I never realized it made a difference. It's my own fault, ultimately, for not having the time to not check or do my research in the shop. I just figured if I was a rep here, that would be something my customer should know as I haven't ever seen a vape juice made with glycerine instead of VG. I'm no expert in vaping but in the past 16 months I've been buying juice, I've never come across one like this. It's harsh and tastes like soap. Anyways, their location is good. Always a great experience at this shop. I first came in a few years back when I wanted to quit smoking but knew nothing of vaping, and they walked me through the whole thing. I still barely know what I’m doing, and I went in today to upgrade my set up. Bobby was super nice, ridiculously helpful, and gave great information and recommendations. That’s been my experience every time I come in, helpful staff that really know what they’re doing and above all, are nice about it. It seems like the owner is really connected to his shop and his employees, so it’s nice to support a local business. Not sure if this place is just starting up or going out of business. I've been here only twice now and I will never go back. If you have all the time in the world to waste then this place is perfect for you. Sat there for 20 minutes today for this girl to help the two people in front of me. She never did finish with the second guy. Two people that came in after me also left before me. It took so long that one of the people that left actually came back thinking that she would be helped now. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. They have a very very small selection of vape fluid also. Mostly only 3mg and very few flavors.
