I normally don't leave reviews but after reaching out to the owner with my complaints and being completely ignored, I felt compeled as I sense this is the attitude of all employees and the owner as well. I went to the restaurant and I inquired about if Moringa changed the flavor of anything I ordered, and was told by the staff that the poster "says what it is". Okay, thats not my question. I started to order the orange Carrot juice, and changed my mind which seemed to irritate the staff; even though it hadnt been started. There was no one else in the store so I wasn't holding up a line. I ended up ordering and receiving the Tropical Paradise Smoothie. To be honest, it had little to no flavor. I don't expect a "Jamba Juice" flavor, as I know that is artificial. However, I did expect a little more flavor to it. I have come in before, (to be honest, a few months ago) and ordered the C me up juice, which had so much ginger in it that it literally burned my throat. I had 2 other people try it and they couldn't handle to spice either. They pressed me to call in....but I didn't because I do not typically complain for no reason. I worked in food service for 12 years myself. When I went back to the store immediately today with my $8 tropical smoothie, I was basically told "thats tough...its a personal preference". When I requested to speak to a manager, the girl Christina I was speaking to stated that she was the manager. When I inquired about reaching out to the owner, Christina took a long time retrieving your info....and just pushed a sticky note with the owners email on it towards me. I had to ask who this was contact information for, and why it wasn't a phone number. The obvious annoyance at my continued presence was more than uncomfortable. I guess I am wondering if that is truly the business model at this establishment? I wasn't looking for a free smoothie. I was more than willing to give it back, or maybe try a different flavor or anything. I am also a little more than disappointed in the customer...
Read moreNot satisfied. Payed almost 20$ for a bowl with 2.25$ in additional toppings and almost 3$ tip. I did not get my additional toppings and no one was available to correct my order. Minus 1 star, item received was not as ordered. Minus 1 star, tipped at register before receiving my items. Minus 1 star after I had an issue with my item there was no staff available to correct the issue, there is no bell and no function to get an employee to the counter. Why ask for a tip at purchase, if you aren’t even providing basic services. No one was available to discuss the issue. They had three employees at least in the back, and no one attending the store or register. After I got the “dragon bowl” without my additions, I, I verified that this was simply a dragon bowl(as described on the menu, without my $2.25 additions. Plus one star, Friend went in and got a refund. (I didn’t even eat one bite because I was so upset by the rudeness of the food delivery, and the inferior quality of service. I lost my appetite completely.) Other reviews suggest the food quality is good, and the food is worth the price. My friend enjoyed their meal and said they were fine with the tip that was provided. I guess I’m just a triggered millennial. Take this review for what it is. Honest. I was disgusted without even eating. Read moreYour food is incredible, even for the price we love it! However, time and again we have the worst customer interactions. Its not that your employees are rude, they just don't seem to care about their customer service much (besides maybe how well they prepare their dishes, which are again quite good).
Most recently, today 2/19/2020 at around 4:40 we came in to an empty store and ordered two immunity smoothies. Roughly 30 minutes later we asked how much longer the wait would be (and where referred to another employee who actually asked if we had even placed an order) it turns out the employee who had made the smoothies had put them directly into the pickup freezer. There was 0 communication between these two employees, as we sat in there waiting with no follow up or other patrons in the lobby.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but I won't be returning as these things always happen, I'm not sure if we are just unlucky but its almost every other time there is something wrong with customer service .
