AWFUL cs from a so called manager named Holly at the Tualitin OR store today! I ordered a pair of shoes from the same store (2 pairs actually from 2 different stores). Neither of them were on final sale whe. I purchased them. I returned them but because they are now on Final sale Holly would not refund me, saying she cannot override the system. Holly made me call CS to see if they could help. I drove 30 min to return these and both reps said I could not. Thank goodness Axia, the Op Manager, walks in. The same person that ordered the first pair for me., i recognized her because she was an awesome help to me! Holly did not want her to speak to me saying, "I am handling this!" I then said Axia is the person who originally ordered this for me. This is when Holly stormed out. Axia was able to understand my situation, apologized and refunded me for both pairs of shoes. Read moreI returned a pair of pants to the Talots Bridgeport store that I decided not to keep after trying them on at home. The 'manager' who helped me, complained the price tag was not attached and that I had not brought my receipt . She said this was policy for a return, even though I have shopped here for years and noone ever mentioned this. Others have looked up my order by my phone number and reattached a tag if necessary, without even mentioning it was an issue. The 'manager' continued to make a big deal of the return, shaking out the pants several times and looking them over. Not a way to treat a long time customer by trying to demean them. If you have a hard fast policy for returns, then everyone should follow it, if not, then don't randomly decide who you are going to make a big deal about it with. That's bad customer service. ...
Read moreJust left this store and I won’t return. I had two sales associates look at me and walk away from the cash desk without even offer to help me. Finally one associate said someone will be with you shortly. Apparently, she was too busy folding clothes. There was only one other customer in the store!! I waited for the kind lady who was busy with another customer to finish. Please explain to me why customer service is dead! These stores wonder why brick and mortar is going away!
