My husband purchased a 2 carat VVSS2 GIA certified Diamond. Due to multiple issues we lost confidence in Danielâs Jewelers and brought my Diamond to be checked by a gemologist. What transpired was SHOCKING. MY DIAMOND DID NOT MATCH THE GIA PAPERS! The Diamond was also set crooked.
My husbandâs wedding band was a nightmare as well. I requested âA perfect fitâ be engraved inside his wedding band. The engraver was not capable of copying perfect and engraved âPERFIT!â Seven days after our wedding he lost the Diamond. The Diamond fell out of his setting. When we first looked at his ring around the Diamond was rough which had to be fixed.
The gemologist told us a jeweler should always show his client that the Diamond matches the GIA certificate. No Quality Control.
TIP: if you choose to purchase your Diamond from Danielâs pay a gemologist to inspect your ring and know you truly received what you purchased.
This bride and groom have no rings thanks to a horrible experience. My...
Read moreAnastasia was excellent when we purchased my fiance wedding/engagement ring. However Dora the store manger kept stepping in and changing stuff. For example we were given the option to ship the ring locally to a jewelry store called "Teds" which would take up to a week at most. Dora wanted it shipped to the corporate store in California. We were then told it would take up to 4-5 weeks at most. The ring was bought on July 18th, 2024 and the ring wasn't sent out till July 23rd. I was told when I called late July by another lady it should take 2-3 weeks. I called back today on August 1st and Dora didn't want to look into the status of the ring. Told me "we would get called whenever it came in. It will take one to two months for the ring." I called the other Daniel's location at the other mall. They are very helpful tracking the rings information. Dora didn't even want to give information to the other store calling on our behalf. If anyone needs any jewelry please go to the...
Read moreFor a company that is new to Arizona (they've been in business in California for many years), I've been very impressed. I have several of their pieces as their pricing is good and they often have bonus freebies. I have not used their credit program but it appears to be easy to qualify. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the jewelry itself is not what I'd consider "fine" quality, but it's great middle-of-the-road, relatively inexpensive stuff, similar to what you'd get at Zales or Helzberg. I have had great experiences with Lisa, Darrin and others at this location and highly recommend them if you need financing for a nice piece or just want to pick up something nice on a...
