I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your store. My husband purchased a bracelet and several charms for me for Christmas, but I needed to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size. After waiting in line for over an hour, I felt rushed by the crowd and decided to grab the next smaller size. After trying it on for about 10 minutes, I realized I needed to go down one more size.
I returned to the store and waited in line for an additional 40 minutes, only to be told by Abrianna, who identified herself as the store manager, that an exchange was no longer possible because it had already been processed once. There was no mention of this policy on the receipt, and I was unaware of this limitation. My husband then joined me and explained that we were there less than two hours prior and that the bracelet had not been damaged or worn other than for fitting purposes.
Despite this, Abrianna told us she could not proceed with the exchange and mentioned a 24-hour hold policy. She instructed us to return the following day and ask for someone named "Sunshine" who would handle the exchange. We then decided to visit the Park Place Mall location, where the staff there immediately processed the exchange WITHOUT issue despite it already being exchanged once .
This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Abrianna's unwillingness to resolve the matter directly was not only inconvenient but also unnecessarily complicated an otherwise simple exchange. Read moreI was not happy with this location service or workers. The minute we walked in the workers looked annoyed and did not greet us. I thought maybe it was because they were busy with other customers. My husband and I went around noon time To pick up a pair of earrings for our 10 year anniversary together. We were waiting 15 minutes and still no greet no I’ll be with you Soon. Instead irritated looks And rolling eyes. The male worker when he was done helping the customers ran off to do something else, I suppose more important. The female coworker came over and was reluctant to even talk to us. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to help us with our pick up order. I usually go in and pick out more things when we order something like this. My husband asked me what else I was getting. my reply to him was I will not be getting anything from this location. I won’t be shopping at Pandora for a while and certainly never from the Tucson Mall location again. A special memory was Not great for our 10 year with this location. Other than that, I loved my earrings, which is why I’m giving two stars.
I would also like to mention that at this store, I was not able to try on one of the earrings To see what they look like before I bought the next size up. We would have no problem purchasing an additional pair, but because of the lack of customer service, I wanted to leave...

My wife is at the entrance to talk to me and as I am about to come into the store an employee straight tells my wife to move out of the entrance due some noise everytime a customer comes in. First my wife was inside nowhere near the entrance at all. No she wasn't polite just plain rude...(customer rep.).of course we had ro wait since my wife was here on an errand. But have some common sense f act or pretend to be polite. I mean come on right or wrong don't act rude to anyone especially in a place of business. Look park mall is where it's at okay. The ladies and gents at Pandora know business and at especially nice period. Not returning to this particular establishment. Get it together.
