Access from the garage to the alley in back, other than by vehicle...chained shut, liiterally. Owners had better hope they are lucky and no female etc ever finds they are trapped in there, my key and fob still will not open the rear stairs door after 11months if at night. As is anywhere, gossip and drama exist. Rent includes electric and that is a +..has a computer lab,BUT THEY USE NETNANNY TO SUPPOSEDLY CENSOR COMPUTER USAGE. IT IS FRUSTRATING TO NEED TO ACCESS A GOVERNMENTAL SITE AND HAVE NETNANNY STOP YOUR ACCESS....
