Jesse was great. I made an appointment because I had 3 gold watches from my grandpa that were no longer working and I wanted to see what I could get for them. I was offered a better price from Tucson Gold Buyers than the other place I had gone to. I also found a beautiful necklace that I ended up purchasing. Store was clean and the customer service experience was very pleasant. I wanted to leave a review so people would know to always get a second opinion. Just because one business offered you a price you didn’t feel like was fair, doesn’t mean every business is like that. They even have this service where you can mail them your items if you live out of state. My sister in TN is going to mail her things in for an estimate because she was so impressed by my experience. I just thought that was really cool that you don’t necessarily have to be local to sell your gold/silver etc....

This was the third place I had gone to sell some gold jewelry I inherited from my mom. I was having such a hard time doing it but my water heater and air conditioner broke down in the same week and I knew my mother would be ok with me selling the gold so my family would be alright. It was really clean inside and I felt like I was treated with more respect here and I felt ok with parting with my gold after the employee had shared a personal story with me about a similar situation and the fact he took his time to make sure this was the best experience possible for me really impressed me. The offer was very fair and a lot higher than the other places I’d gone. Would highly recommend. They treat you with respect and take their time with you....

Truth be told, I am very untrusting. I had a very decent amount of silver that my grandmother left me when she passed. I never knew what to do with it as like I said I was afraid of being ripped off. I was referred to Jesse at Tucson gold buyers by a friend. Seriously people… the guy made me feel like I was in good hands from the get go. From showing me actual prices of silver at the time to giving me what I didn’t think I would get. Weighing it in front of me and all. I ran into a tight spot that I NEEDED cash bad to afford my bills and he treated me so damn fair! Very impressed! I recommend this business whole...
