If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I could say I’m over reacting but unfortunately I am not. I have been going here for a few years and never had any issues however that’s not the case anymore! I went in for routine lip injections and filler was put into my face so I had a big lump between my upper lip and nose. I went back several times to have it come and she didn’t charge me however she acted annoyed she had to keep fixing it and the last time I went in she severely bruised me all over and still DID NOT CORRECT THEM! I will NEVER let anyone there touch my face.

UPDATE: Responding to the below comment from Downtown Faces, I received no phone calls, text and or emails from anyone there. No one has reached out to me regarding my complaint other than the reply to my review. There must be a mistake or oversight in regards to a Downtown Faces staff member reaching out to call me. I do apologize if that is correct however I have had no missed calls or voicemails from anyone there. My phone number is still the same it has not changed so I’m not sure why I haven’t received any communication. As far as for me missing appointments I personally and no one on my behalf has has scheduled an appointment after the last completed follow up appointment. I was in tears at the last appointment expressing my gratitude for Kelly agreeing to fix the uneven injected filler for free until it was fixed. However upon doing so I was met with passive aggressive, hostility staff slamming things down on the table, breathing out heavily, No smiling, scowling towards me and so forth. Of course after that I did not make another appointment. The bruise information in the reply I’m familiar with and of course understand is normal and not something I would worry about however where I had previously been met with gentle treatment and cautious careful delicate injections were replaced with fast aggressive needle sticks. I understand that it can be frustrating that I had to come back several times for the correction of the misplaced filler in my face. However, it wasn’t my doing . It was an err on the staff members part. I would love a phone call from you if possible and would appreciate a resolve with empathy this time around of course. My lips are still very uneven. The amount of filler in my face placed unevenly has dissolved overtime like it does, however not all the way and every day I have to walk around with uneven lips and an odd mound of filler in my face below my nose and above my lips where it was never supposed to be placed at. I had a horrible experience here with Kelly. I booked an appointment with Kelly to get fillers in my cheeks under my eyes. The filler was very painful & after I got the filler a hard bump developed on my right cheek under my eye. My eye started watering and itching. Six months later I am still under the care of an eye doctor and taking medications to stop the watering, itching, & burning of my right eye. I had to go back 4 times to see Kelly to have her dissolve the bump. 3 of those times she told me after I arrived at my appointment that she didn’t have the product in stock that she needed to dissolve the bump. She put saline in my cheeks under my eye instead to dissolve the bump, but it did not work. The bump remained, but the filler in my right cheek dissolved so now my right cheek is deformed and not even with my left cheek. My face now looks crooked and uneven. After the 4th attempt of her trying to fix the issue I told her I didn’t want her to touch my face anymore because she wasn’t able to solve the problem, and was actually making it worse. I asked for a refund and she agreed to refund me. After several attempts to get my refund from her she only gave me 1/3 of my money back. She was screaming at me and making me feel unsafe. It was extremely un-professional and I do not want to anyone else to go through what I went through with Kelly. It was very traumatic & my face is still uneven and I still have a bump under my eye and am on medications from an eye doctor. It is dangerous for Kelly to work on your face. I found Downtown Faces in 2019 thru clients of mine. I was nervous to make the switch so I called and scheduled an appointment with Kelly the owner. When I first went in she did a thorough consultation and she created a plan to explain what would be most beneficial to what I was wanting to achieve. Here we are four years later. My skin looks better than it did four years ago. I have received PRP/PRF under eye treatments, Dysport, filler, PDO threads, small threads, IPL, Unicorn peel, and microneedling. I book every 12 weeks and am stunned by how great my skin looks. The front desk, April, is amazing. The decor is beautiful.
