A really nice venue with great site lines. We went to see the Roadrunners, my first hockey game in many years. Our seats were in lowest part of the middle section near the center of the ice above the visitor bench. They couldn't have been better, and seeing hockey live is a real treat. So much better than TV,
The fans were part of the entertainment too. Great family fun, all ages, a completely different vibe from the Blackhawks at the Chicago Stadium.
My only negative was the incessant, way-way-way too loud music that played non-stop whenever there was the slightest break in the action. They have an amazingly good sound system and the music could have been a great add. But it wasn't. 🙄

The Arena had both good and bad notes in my opinion. First off, we had food from their permanent food stands and we got food poisoning, the portions are not worth the price unfortunately. We all had a Sonoran Dog, and I will say that is literally the SMALLEST hotdog I have ever seen, and for almost $10 too? Not worth it. Second, it's difficult to be disabled and go to the arena. You either have to sit really far away from everything, or try to not hurt yourself getting a good middle of the game seat. Third, if you have womanly hips, you will be hurting trying to jimmy yourself into the seats. Every woman in my party had to shove themselves into each seat weather they were small or big built.
On good notes, the bathrooms were really clean, and most of the staff at the arena were really nice. If you get there early, they have up front disabled parking. The seats were also really clean. They also have an absolutely loud and amazing sound system! You can feel it boom throughout...
Read moreI took my Special Needs Daughter to her 1st Hockey Game at the TCC...the Tucson Roadrunners! She makes buttons that say "Sabrina's One Love Hugs" to give out. She gave one to Dusty the Mascot during the first period which I thought made her night but during the 3rd period, Dusty came back down wearing her button and gave her one of his t-shirts...she went CRAZY! The crowd saw how Happy he made her and they went WILD chanting DUSTY! DUSTY! DUSTY! Now that truly made her night and seeing the Roadrunners WIN was a bonus!
I would like to Thank Julie (Director of tickets) for getting us such good seats, ALL the TCC employees for the work they do, the Roadrunners for playing and winning such a good game and of course DUSTY for the Ultimate Kindness he showed towards my daughter!!!!
